Rajesh is the Managing Director of SageBeans, he is also a passionate recruiter and recruitment evangelist, and he is currently in charge for developing company strategy, operations & ensuring customer delight. His core expertise is in building strong business and delivery models around recruitment, in his entire career span he has successfully built partnerships with clients by offering effective and efficient hiring solutions. The team loves working with him as he constantly motivates the team by his detailed technical knowledge and the attitude to win over challenges. Rajesh holds B.Tech from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.

Parvinder Bhardwaj,Co-Founder

Parvinder is Co-Founder, being the part of Management in SageBeans; he has been the driving force behind generating new business, pitching unique services to clients and maintaining a good working relationship with old and new customers. Parvinder comes with a vast experience of Sales and Marketing and known for overseeing the development of Business. He loves networking (has 10000+ connections in LinkedIn), in free time he loves reading blogs, Motivational Books and Business Biographies. Parvinder holds Masters of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University, Sikkim.

Jeet Kumar, Operations Manager

Jeet is known to be an out of box thinker and specializes in working with Startup’s and Staffing companies. The team working with him is constantly motivated by his detailed technical knowledge along with the positive and winning attitude. His levelheadedness and clarity helps him overcome the most difficult of scenarios and makes him effectively maintain his vast network of clients and candidates.

Sumit Kumar, Learning and Training Head

Sumit is a seasoned recruitment professional and trainer in the both IT and Non-IT industry. He joined SageBeans in its initial phase, as a junior recruiter with just around one year recruitment experience after passing out from University. His areas of interest include defining & establishing strong recruitment delivery models, train associate recruiters with proper learning and skills, innovative service levels that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives and structuring long term recruitment partnerships.
